When I start the recirculation the mash temp drops by a good 10 degrees before slowly rising back to target.

Just got my 20 gal digital stand & the 27 gal heated / cooled conical. It's amazing. Hoses could be a little larger, and there are some temp issues with the recirc system, but otherwise it's amazing! :ban:

what's your system profile like in beersmith? just got the 2100 and need to reconfigure mine!

Never used. Just needs dip tubes installed on the keggles. All the parts are brand new and from brewhardware.com. Two pumps, plate chiller, cam locks, hosing, three burners, three keggles, etc. Listing for $2,800 but make a reasonable offer and will consider. Local pickup in the DFW area...

Does anyone have a good solution for mounting chugger pumps and a plate chiller from brewhardware for this kind of stand?

I got the casters from here: http://amzn.to/1b9I4t0 Just bought some M12-1.50 nuts from HomeDepot.com (didn't have any in store) to secure them to the stand. Hoping that will work, because the strut nuts I got for the stand don't work with these. Oh, and securing to the stand with some of the...

Another question for ya - how did you secure the casters to the stand?

Going through the side can be tricky. Ruined my first fridge doing this. Thought we mapped everything out with wiring diagrams, but still managed to hit a line. Be extra careful and go slow if you're determined to tap the side wall.

Great stand! How did you wire up the box for the pumps? Any chance you could take a close up pic?

Do you have any more photos of how you secured the pumps to the stand?

Assume your burners are bg14s? If so, what parts did you use to mount them to the stand? Also - where did you purchase your equipment for the gas lines?

Also, what size casters will fit this?

How are the gas lines attached to the structure?
