    Low Gravity

    High Gravity

    I've noticed in my last couple of batches that I consistenly get a higher gravity than the recipe calls for, gravity is measured right after I pitch the yeast. I just did a 10 gal batch on Mon and instead of getting a 1.46 I got a 1.52. Is this something that I should be concerned about?

    bottling my Summer Brew

    I was thinking about bottling my Summer Brew but I don't know if it will work. My Summer Brew consists of Frozen Lime Aid,Beer,Vodka and Club Soda. I normally just mix up a batch in a pitcher but I was thinking about bottling it. Would this even work?
