    "Green" beer taste

Took the keg back out. Hopefully there are still some yeast friends and fun stuff in there to clean it up

    "Green" beer taste

Love IPAs! But it's not the type of bitter I want. Just odd. Hopefully it will fall out. I might take the keg out and let it warm back up.

    "Green" beer taste

Like you said, it might just be hops that need mellowing. Should I keep in fridge or take out for room temp aging?

    "Green" beer taste

It also seems to have a lingering bitter bite that hangs around for a long time. Something I am not familiar with in a beer

    Centennial Wet Hop IPA

So I picked up 12 oz of Centennial Wet hops yesterday at the LHBS. They look awesome. Was curious if anyone has done a SMaSH with Wet hops before and what their additions and recipe was. I was thinking of just doing this: 12# German Pilsner 1 oz Centennial Pellet (60 minutes) 6 oz...

I currently have a regulator on my co2 tank that I distribute out to a two valve manifold. I also have an extra regulator. Is it possible to run co2 through my other regulator into the manifold to add on another keg? If that makes sense. The extra regulator I have has a nipple on both sides...

    d-rest question

Ok so what are some signs of diacetyl then? From what I have read, I should expect a buttery taste? But the sample tasted great

So trying to a new set up. I have always had the co2 tank inside the fridge but would love to make more room with it being outside. Does the co2 tank need to be cold when serving off draft or can it be room temp?

    help!!!

I had to replace to post. The disconnect wasn't the problem after buying a new one . I spray some sanitizer on the post after putting a little co2 on it. It was bubbled from the leak. Replaced it and it is sealed tight now. I am just afraid it became oxygenated
