    Doppelbock

    Just brewed this today, color not as dark as say a Salvator type doppelbock... more in the Maibock/Hellesbock sort of range... very simply, malty beer, low bitterness, a little hop presence in the finish... you could do decoctions, but with a good Munich it works great with a simple infusion...
