    Trying to figure out what to brew. I only have enough equipment for an extract brew. I was thinking something similar to Long Trail Harvet or a robust porter. Any Ideas?

    I just brew the same style except using only blueberries (they were on sale along with honey that cause a spontaneous brewing night). How is it coming along? My blueberry is only 5 days in and it smells, looks, and is fermenting really good for bread yeast.

    All the local ciders in the mom & pop shops have potassium sorbate in them. Can I still use it for hard cider brewing?

    This is what it looks like over night. I am assuming all that that sediment on the bottom is from the oranges & cinnamon? But yeah nothing from the airlock besides two bubbles every 10 mins.
