I went to get a beer tonight and there was a layer of beer on the floor of my chest freezer. One of my picnic taps was slowly leaking. Once I cleaned it up I found the top of the tap was loose and it wasn't sealing correctly. I can't wait until I can get my collar built and put regular taps in. :-\

I finally moved away from pre hopped extracts and did my first grain boil today. I just put a batch of Brewers Best red ale in the primary. I'm excited thinking about what I will be able to do brewing with grains.
