I don't see why not, may make it a little darker. That being said, I think I will substitute a can of white grape juice and adjust the sugar next time and skip the raisins.
I started some strawberry wine, I can't keep the fruit flies off of the primary. I have it covered with a dish towel and a rubber band around it. What are my chances of this not getting contaminated? It smell fine so far on day 4.
I have everything to make it. Just can't pull the trigger. Seems like a long time to wait, til I look and see some that's over two years old the I haven't bottled yet. Maybe two years isn't that long time :)
