    wanna try some brown sugar in my mead, good or bad idea?

    hey all, i'm gonna try to make a caramel apple mead with 10lbs of honey and maybe a lb or two of brown sugar. was gonna drop two bags of melted butter scotch candies and apple jolly ranchers in the secondary. thinking the brown sugar will give it a good caramel taste, gonna be a 5gal batch...

    my watermelon mead

    made a 5gal batch of watermelon mead, i was concerned cause ive seen on here that its a flop.. its doing its thing but theres some dark foam in there. its bubbling once every 2 seconds. i kinda wanna rack it into another 5gal bottle. would the exposure mess it up? i used chunks of watermelon...

    mead question

    hello i just made a batch of watermelon mead and i was reading on here that it was a mistake. i used one whole sugar baby watermelon, didnt juice it just threw the chunks in there. its not foaming that much at all and id hate to make a bad batch but i dont wanna drain it and expose my brew...
