    First pour!

    Just have to say that I poured the first pitcher from one of 2 kegs of fresh hopped chinook IPA, first kegging experience, and while it needs a few more days for sure to get carbed proper, I'm very happy with the time savings and results! I suspect a few more days resting after force carbing...

    Yesterday, I received my new stir plate/flask but I didn't have any DME sitting around for my brew day today to get a starter going. Is there any value in putting my Wyeast pack in there for a spin until I'm ready to pitch it later (without the wort)?
