    Yeast issue

    I was pitching my yeast and didn't get it all into my carboy. Might start using a funnel now. I do have some fermentation. My question is should I pitch more yeast or just leave it? The strain of yeast is London ale (wyeast 1968).

    What Hops for a sweet stout?

    Planning on doing a sweet stout and I can't seem to figure which hops to use. I was thinking about using fuggles for bittering and kent goldings with a pinch of cascade for aroma. Anyone have any thoughts or opinions?
