    M.O. & Cascade SMASH at bottling

    I bottled my first SMASH yesterday after a 20 day fermentation (7 primary, 13 secondary). It's a Maris Otter & Cascade combo, hop additions every 12 minutes. It finished at 1.018, ABV of 6.0%. The taste seems well balanced, and I really like the color.
