    Can i bottle an entire keg worth of beet?

    Yeah my idea its to basically carbonate the beer in the keg and then transfer to bottles to speed up the process compared to bottling conditioning.

    I couldn't tell because its my first time with the plate. What I am thinking it's to add yeast nutrient and stir it and use it as is.

    Combining sugars for bottling.

    I am using http://www.brewheads.com/priming.php for calculating how much sugars i need for bottling, however i was wondering if anybody has combined 2 sugar sources, say maple sugar and agave, or honey and maple sugar? i am thinking on using half of the recommended portion of each primer. ideas?
