    Winter brewing

    Winter is only a couple months away this is my first winter brewing I was just wondering what other do with the yeast cake in the Carboy usually I just clean it out side In the rocks but with snow going to be on the ground not really up or that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Dont know what happenes

    My uncle gave me a starter kit and some beers his friend made they have been sitting for at least 8 months he said.... As soon as I opened the top they foamed as shown in the picture... Anybody know what could be the cause?

    White dots on the top of beer

    I am new to beer brewing this is my second batch I have done First batch had a couple white dots this being my 2nd batch has a lot of white dots just wondering what they are if anyone can help thanks picture below.
