I have the original version before SS came out with theirs. It is expensive, but worth every penny IMO.

The 4 Tap Keezer Formerly Known As The 6 Tap Keezer

Can you post some details on how you installed the shanks/faucets and plumbed the lines? I have been drawing up a similar idea and that is the part that I am getting hung up on.

Fermentation Freezer vs conical + glycol chiller

I just went through a similar decision now that I am able to get back into brewing. I used to ferment in a chest freezer with buckets and carboys. It was perfect for 5 gallon batches and had absolutely no issues. If I was still going to brew 5 gallon batches, I would have absolutely gone that...

Is one week in primary enough for an Oatmeal Stout?

The great "What size kettle" question

I have a 10 gallon BK and on the 5 gallon high gravity brews it is uncomfortably close to overflowing. If I had to do it over again, I would go 15 gallon for the BK.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Finally getting around to brewing this year's Oktoberfest. Life really got in the way this month, but at least I'm squeezing it in on the last day!

Any Sightings of Bigfoot 2012 yet?

Finally found some in S. Florida. Total Wine finally got their shipment in last weekend. I bought a case and put one sixer in the fridge and the other three in hiding until next year. :ban:

    Plate chiller without pump

Depending on the size and where you get your plate chiller, you're probably looking at the upper end of that range. Don't forget to budget/plan for the extra tubing, fittings and possibly a thermometer.
