    color questions for raspberry wheat.

    Raspberry is on the right. Very red in real life. All of the red leeched out and the berries are now white. This is week 3 in the secondary. I tried using extra only and found that the imitation raspberry extract tastes better than the pure extract but both extracts weren't very good.

    21% All grain brew.

    I would ferment with a brewers yeast until the gravity starts to flatten out. Then add some more fermentables with a distillers yeast to finish it off.

    are there any 2 vessel all-grainers out there?

    I have a two vessel system, a keggle and a 42qt bman. Also, I don't sparge either. So for a 6 gallon batch, I'll heat 8.5/9 gallons of water to strike temp of 160, mash in and stir a couple of times during the 60 minutes. With such a large volume of water the temp only drops to 152 by the end of...

    Best way to utilize vanilla beans in beer?
