I have an old table that could be cleaned up a lot. So far I have just focused on collecting the caps . I have a few ideas, but haven't decided on anything yet.

No you should be okay. It'll carb up faster though, I do this all the time because I like my beer to be a little more carbonated than the standard 3/4 cup dextrose that most recipes call for. What was the final gravity when you bottled?

It says you need to have two consecutive days, but if your stove is big enough to accommodate two pots at once I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.

I can't tell if your trying to be sarcastic or not, but just in case you arn't I would add all of my extract at the very end so that little to non would be caramelized. I'm not making hop tea.
