    setting keg

    I am about to hook my keg up for the first time..I plan on just setting and forgetting it at 10 to 12 psi..do I just do that then purge and check for leaks or should I set it to like 30 to set everything, purge and then check for leaks and then back it down?

    Kegging question

    I just bought my kegging supplies. Just a picnic tap for the moment with 5lb tank. The guy at the beer store told me to hook up gas to my beer out line when first carbing because of the tube that goes to the bottom (helps get CO2 into beer better?)...and then after it is carbed switch them back...

    My first all grain I did the other day is showing no signs of fermentation. I used dry yeast US Safale 05....I am gonna give it probably a day more.
