Skeeter Pee Help - No signs of fermentation after ~10days

Potassium metabisulfite vs Campden Tablets Ratio of One to Another

Does anyone know the ratio of 1 Campden tablet to Powdered Potassium Metabisulfite? I'm asking since a recipe i'm doing calls for 1/2 of a campden tablet, yet I only have powdered potassium metabisulfite. Anybody know? Thanks!

Can I brew a lambic/wild beer in less than 6 months?

I'm a huge fan of lambic's but I have a feeling I will be moving within 6months so I dont have the time for fermenting for a year+. Are there any kits/recipes out there that has a decent turn around time ( <6 mo ) for a lambic/wild beer? Thanks!

    Concerned about high FG

Hey all - Got a question that I figured would be an easy answer for most of you. I recently started brewing and picked up a Brewers Best Nut Brown Ale extract kit. The kit called for a OG of 1.059 - 1.063, although mine was 1.07... I found out after some research this could have been due to...
