    Please bear with me...

This may sound like a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway. I've got 6 kegs full of beer. My fridge only holds 4 kegs. Can I hit the remaining two with co2, purge the o2 out and just leave at room temp (70 deg) for a few weeks?

    Help With Re-pitching Harvested Yeast...

So this is my first time using harvested yeast and I needed some help. Bewing a Kolsch (OG 1.052) an the Mr. Malty "Repitch From Slurry" tab says 200 billion cells needed / 156 ml slurry needed. So does this mean pitch the 156 ml slurry right into the fermentor (5 gallons)? Or sould I pitch into...

    Wlp080

Anybody ever use this strain on a lager recipe instead of a lager yeast strain? Just curios if anyone has used this WLP080 to brew something other than a cream ale, maybe a bock or even a pilsner.

    Cream ale a bit cloudy.

Fermentation on a cream ale is just about done (WLP029 - OG 1.052 - FG 1.010). Seems a bit cloudy, never used this yeast strain before. Should I consider some cold conditioning, or just keg as usual and wait 1-2 weeks before serving?

    JZ's Cream Ale

Thinking about brewing Jamil's cream ale soon and I was planning on using WLP029 like he suggests. While on the White Labs site, I was very intrigued by WLP080. Just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has tried both of these strains, and what kind of results they got. Thanks!

    Aeration Question

Hey guys, Got an aeration question: When using those red O2 tanks you buy at home improvement stores, along with a regulator, a 2' micron air stone, and some tubing, do you still need an SS aeration wand? Or can you just use some small clamps to fasten the stone to the tubing? $35 bucks seems...

    Beersmith2 Question

When I originally opened a recipe, I was able to see a tab, on the lower half of the screen, kind of like a "print preview" of this recipe. I don't see it anymore and I don't know how to get it back. Anybody know how to bring this tab back up?

    Storing Sterile Wort

I've heard of people keeping some sterile wort around for yeast starters, especially if you're stepping them up, and I'm curious about the process. Can you use sterile mason jars, keep in the fridge, and when ready to use, just pour? Do you need to freeze? How long will it last? What are some of...

Bottled a clone of Avery's Maharaja (thanks JP & Chad for the recipe) two weeks ago. After I capped all 28 (22oz) bottles, I quickly noticed that I had forgotten the priming sugar! Planning on brewing a German Pilsner soon. This will be the first beer I ever keg so... Once fermentation is complete and I rack to a keg, should I force carbonate BEFORE lagering? Do I wait until the lagering phase is complete and then force carb?
