I'm in Toms River and interested in the group.

Keystone is my LHBS as well... as mentioned, everyone there is always willing to give a hand with recipes, equipment, etc.

I haven't done much labeling, but i printed mine out on my laser jet printer and headed over to Staples and made a few color copies. The laser printer paper worked great and and trimmed them up and adhered them with a water-soluble glue stick.

Thirsty's in Warrington is where I usually go when I'm running low in the homebrew dept. They've really started stocking up on the local micros. I've also been to Super Value Beverage in Warminster. Its a much larger store than Thirsty's with a good variety of micros/craft/imports. I...

howdy neighbor.... i agree with the $10 6-packs. what beer distributors have you found to be the best in the area?

I've seen a few posts noting that the starers have improved the beer quality... how so? I completely understand the lag-time piece, just curious on how the starters have improved the brews. Obviously, I have yet to use a starter! :drunk:

nah... I guess i was trying to be a little descriptive and clever at the same time! I did actually print these yesterday (printed on inkjet and got color copies made) and affixed with a glue stick. they look pretty cool! (a little tall though... need to adjust my template).

I put the coriander in a zipbag and smashed them with flat side of a meat tenderizer :rockin:

thanks for the comments! recipe wise, the 3 i've done are extract recipes from the Joy of Homebrewing book. looking forward to playing around more after reading all thing things people on here have been trying!
