    Tripel

    Just brewed a test batch (1 gallon) of belgium triple! My recipe Calls for 3 tablespoons of honey when bottling! So when I siphon my batch into bottling bucket do I add it then and let it mix? I can't imagine adding it any other way!

    Oak aging

    Came across some jack Daniels oak chips for grilling flavor, was wondering if these are ok to use? I don't see why not, I read the back of bag and no added chemicals! Pretty much straight oak chips soaked on jack!

    Ipa fermenting

    So this is my first ipa I've brewed, going by instructions it doesn't mention anything about transferring to secondary fementer. It's tells me to bottle after two weeks in primary or at right hydrometer reading! Is it safe to let it ride in primary bucket?

    Dry hopping

    First time dry hopping? Simple just drop hops in and put lid back on? No mixing or any fancy ****!

    Double IPA

    Brewing a double ipa (true brew kit)! I'm dry hopping today as direction says after three days of fermentation! Then directions say continue fermentation for 7 days after dry hopped! Then I bottle, and let it sit for three weeks. My question is, the last couple times I brewed I always siphoned...
