    Killing yeast

    Just making first cider and still a bit of a brew noob! I know I have to kill the yeast off before drinking but should I do it before racking or after a week of racking or what? I would like a sweet carbed cider, cheers

    Death brew?

    Ok so I decided to try and bring it back to basics to test out the priming and racking and to get the ideas put into practice! A few of you hard core may gasp but here's what I did!     I am looking to make my first batch but getting a little confused with some of the terms used! Words include Pitching Priming sugar Primary Secondary Rack Carboy Any help with these terms or any others I may come across would be greatly appreciated! Cheers
