    What drill bit size do I need for perlick faucets to go through my collar on my keezer?

    Does it matter how long the CO2 hoses are? I know you want the beer out long but did not know if the CO2 hose length mattered? How much space would you give between taps? I will have three taps!

    keezer questions

    I have 18.5 inches in my freezer from my hump to top. If I use a 1" X 8" collar, I should have around 26.5 inches. A soda keg is 23 inches. Is that enough room? Trying to keep collar small because I will attach it to freezer and only hing the lid. Another question, as far as a drip tray is...

    brewing Indoors with Propane

    Was thinking about moving out of kitchen into a 12 x 16 out building. I am doing extract on kitchen stove and want to move to out building with propane all grain setup. Can I brew indoors safely with a door open and a fan in the window? Really dont want to be outside, if I can help it.

    carbonation varies bottle to bottle

    I put priming sugar (boiled in pint glass of water) 3/4 to 7/8 cup in bottling bucket then add beer. I have even stirred gently several times and still my carbonation varies greatly bottle to bottle. I give 1.5 to 2 weeks room temp for carbonation. Dont really want to add to each bottle but...

    I am thinking of stepping up to all grain and wanted to stay indoors. Anyone use one of these systems? The ad says better for Laugers, which i did not understand. I am more into Hoppy IPA's but did not want to be limited either for the money.

    Specific Gravity - A little confused

    I started with 1.050 and I get 1.020 at the end. So I think my beer is 3 %? But I look in the home brew magazines and there numbers dont work so simple. What am I missing? Temperature?
