    3 weeks in - still have a krausen

    After 3 weeks, I still have a pretty significant krausen and slow but steady airlock activity. Do any of you cider makers have thoughts on this? :drunk:

    Can I repitch yeast after I've cold crashed?

    New AG brewer in Vista, CA

    My wife and I have been brewing together for almost 10 years - extract and minimash. We bought ourselves a few brewing toys for our anniversary and we are ready for our first all grain batch. Lot's of good information here and great people at our LHBS. It's going to be good.
