    First Lager - Pitched at 55F - No Activity

    My ESB doesn't have as much aroma as I'd like. Would dry hopping work after it's already carbonated in the keg?

    How do you guys dry hop in a carboy? Do you use a bag and try to stuff it through the little carboy neck or just throw 'em in? I've got an ounce of amarillo (leaf) that I want to dry hop with.

    Is tilting your MT bad?

    I'm using a square cooler w/copper manifold for my MT; the last couple of times I've brewed I've tilted the MT a little to help drain it completely. Are there side effects to this? Will it extract more tannins or make my beer cloudy?
