    enough power to my n

Man do I feel like an idiot. Turns out both needle valves were running in reverse order. Not sure how I didn't catch that when i had to spin the valve in the opposite direction every time when I turned it on. Anyways, problem solved. I took everything apart looking for any clogging and then...

    enough power to my n

The one on the left is the piece that is at the end of the 1/2" black iron Pipe. It is a 1/2" MPT to 3/8" Male Flare. The one on the right is the other end of the SS Braided propane hose. It is a 3/8" female flare swivel. As you can tell, the one on the right is much smaller than the fitting...

    enough power to my n

I purchased this specific one: http://bayouclassicdepot.com/m3hph_propane_regulator.htm The description says: The burners I have are these specific ones and the description does not give a rating. http://www.agrisupply.com/burner-cast-low-presure-multi-hole-/p/40282/cn/5400000/ Thanks for...

    enough power to my n

not sure how clear it is but, the one on the right is the orifice that screws into the burner. It seems to be a bit smaller than the one on the left, which screws onto my propane tank. does this help?

    enough power to my n

I believe I'm having problems getting enough power to my burners. I'm using a 15 psi regulator (non adjustable) to power 2 - low pressure 6" banjo burners from agri supply. The regulator is 3/8" that connects to a 1/2" black iron pipe. the pipe has 2 needle valves that have 3/8" propane...

question about using a Pump with my mash tun

That's how I understand it also, of course my valve would be directly on the output of the pump head. Just triple checking before I drop $60 on tubing haha

question about using a Pump with my mash tun

Thanks for the help guys. One more question... If I use Silicone tubing and restrict the output of the pump will this cause the Silicone tubing to burst? on the bargain fittings site it says: "10 psi max pressure - DO NOT RESTRICT ON THE OUTPUT SIDE OR YOU WILL POP THE TUBING" But everyone...

question about using a Pump with my mash tun

SO I have a 10 gal rubbermaid mash tun with a 3/8" ball valve attached to a false bottom with a 90 degree 3/8" barbed fitting. I will be buying 2 pumps soon for my set up. The problem I think I may have will be using the 1/2" inlet on the pump with the 3/8" ball valve attached the the MLT...

    Weldless brew stand.

Thanks for everyone I PM'd with questions, you all have been very helpful! :mug: just wanted to post a picture of my build so far: I haven't decided yet if I want to drop the $40 on the corner pieces yet, I am a poor college student after all and if I change my mind, McMaster Carr is about...

    propane regulator

Hey guys, I just bought two 70,000 Low Pressure burners from agri supply (http://www.agrisupply.com/burner-cast-low-presure-multi-hole-/p/40282/cn/5400000/) for the brew stand I'm building. I'm getting all the plumbing stuff together now and the last thing I need to order is the regulator and...

    Weldless brew stand.

I just picked up the steel from the Aurora, OH McMaster-Carr to start my build (hopefully done by the start of the school year). I'll probably make all of the cuts this weekend, but for now I'm trying to gather a list of exactly what I need to order for the propane plumbing. I only want 2...
