    Reinforced hi-temp hose

I've blown a few fittings, but it was my own fault, connected the water out to the wort out on the plate chiller with everything still hooked up and the valve on my kettle closed, the hoses blow off the plate chiller really quickly!

    Reinforced hi-temp hose

I'd be curious to see if we could rig up some reenforced tubing using something like this: http://www.electriduct.com/Ryton-Expandable-Braided-Sleeving.html Might have to add a little heat shielding to the end's near the heat source, but it would probably hold up pretty well, very similar to...

    Jabsco Cyclone Stainless Pump?

Maybe for something like a glycol cooler, but I wouldn't use that as a wort/beer transfer pump (The drive shaft comes in contact with the impeller where compared to the March pumps are magnetically driven)

Mashtun - anyone ever use mesh for anchor bolts?

I'd guess it would work. I have a false bottom in my keggle and the holes in it are much larger then that (or the stainless mesh you previously used) so I would imagine it should do fine. I guess it just depends on how finely you mill your grain?

    Tap handle making, stumped...

You could try leaving yourself some overhang on all sides and then re-cutting to square based on the angle at which the adapter went in? If you can put the threaded adapter in far enough, then use some threaded rod to create a jig to cut it.

    Ideal location of Mashtun Thermometer

I'd consider doing a batch in there first and marking the high water level during the process and installing it after that. I know, not ideal, but you'll make sure you get it right the first time. I just started converting a keg for the same purpose, though I'm moving to 10 gallon, I wish I had...

    Keggle sparge arm

Hello! Long time lurker, first time caller. Could use some thoughts, just to make sure I'm not totally crazy! Think this will work for a sparge setup? Any advise on this one would be great. I've been batch sparging for a while and moving up to a 10 gallon keggle setup and figure I'll...
