    What would you think about getting a brew tour for Big Boss Brewing? They do a brewery tour the second saturday of the month. If we cant get our s#!t together for january we have plenty of time until Feb.

    Kids are easier to care for than plants

    The boy turns one today. This is far longer than I have been able to keep a plant alive. Therefore it must be reasoned that kids are easier to care for than plants.

    My beer makes me dizzy (srsly)

    Blending after carbonation

    I over-peppered my 1 gal test batch of my ginger-pepper beer. I already bottled it. Would it be possible to make another 1 gal of ginger beer and then blend these two and re-bottle?

    Turkey fryer at lowes

    I was at Lowes last night and saw a 35 Qt "safety" turkey fryer for $80. Then I noticed it had a spigot built into it. I thought that would make life easy on me. Anyone have any experience with this model?

    Bittering hops question

    Is there any reason to choose one bittering hop over another besides AA%? I was under the impression that the flavor and aroma boils off so is there any taste difference after boiling for an hour?
