    i am making two hearted clone "Dead Ringer" + 3 ounces extra of hops...while drinking two hearted 6-pack. Best friday night i could ask for!

    Best place to buy beer/gas lines?

    Thanks guys...i got 1/4" tail piece on 3/16" line...all i did was microwave water in a glass for 2 minutes and put end in water for 30 seconds...slipped on pretty easily...so tight i dont even need clamps. very happy with the results thanks guys!

    Best place to buy beer/gas lines?

    its very difficult for me to get the tail piece in the tubing...any suggestions to stretch the tubing (gas line)...once it fits it will be tight which is what i want obviously...suggestions greatly appreciated

    carb/serve same pressure...psi 13-15...lines 12'. if you guys think i should do 3/16" i can i have no issue...same size for gas line as well? at 3/16" how long of lines should i do for 40 degrees

    appreciate the response...but i have done 1/4" for a while now with no issues of foam...i dont want to change all my tail pieces and also my manifold is 1/4"

    hops question

    I got leaf hops for my next brew...is this the same as using whole hops or pellet hops? I got 19 ounces of leaf hops and want to make sure it equates to the same amount as the others

    i finished my NB chinook IPA about a week agao..left the trub/yeast in the bucket...can i re-use this yeast that i left in the bukcet say 14 days later??? or should i just dump it...i do have more yeast that i can use that i save from a previous batch but was wondering if i could get another use...

    Need a great recipe for holidays...I have heard and seen a multitude of recipes...let me know if you have a goto for your extract brews...I would like one with spices and not really using pumpkin as I have heard it really doesn't give much flavor. Hops schedule/yeast/Whitlock/etc. thanks!!!

    Aging question...

    i have a NB wheat beer that has been in the fermentation bucket for about 8 weeks...i wanted to keep it in the bucket for another 1-2 months is this ok??? i keg and have 2 ipa's that i want to put in the kegs 1st since they are better when not aging so long. any advice would be great...let me...

    Adding Extract During the Boil

    as a rule of thumb...i add 1/2 to 3/4 of my lme/dme at the beginning and then add the rest with about 20 minutes left to boil...then at 15 minutes i add a whirfloc and it seems to help me hit the color i am looking for pretty damn good...never perfect the taste is great and really that is all...
