Thank you. I know of Thomas Creek and I'll check them out. I'm looking for a good newbie traditional English Bitter recipe. I've brewed about 5 batches of beer with good success. I don't mind taking it up to the next level in terms of difficulty as long as the instructions are clear. Thanks!
