I just got my recipe in the mail that i ordered on line, my wyeast 1056 was warm and already swelled a little. I dont think the pouch inside was broke. Can anybody tell me if my yeast is still good?

Hey guys i've never made a yeast starter but plan on making one tonight for my Belgian triple I'll be brewing in a couple of days. Do you just leave it at room temp before using it our do you store it in the refrigerator? And how long can you keep a yeast starter before using it?

Im thinking the hop bag should float, right? So it will not sink and clog the liquid tube.

Hey guys I was wondering if anybody has ever added pellet hops to their keg? I was worried about the hops getting clogged in the liquid tube. Or nothing but hops coming out from the tap. Thanks for any help!

Hey guys! I plan on brewing my first lager soon, need a little help. I will be using the mexican lager yeast White Labs 940. What temp do I pitch the yeast at,room temp or do I wait till I get it down to my fermentation temp?Any help would be great!

Hey guys, I just got my kegerator up and running everything is great so far. My question is if you don't use your kegerator for a week or so what is the proper pressure setting for the beer? Or should you just turn all the pressure off.
