I am going to bottle a beer that has been down around 40*. Do i need to get it around room temp before i put in the bottling bucket or can i just siphon onto the priming suger to get it to carb. thanks

Here is my idea for my portable kegerator. 2 questions. 1) How long a beer line should i put in? I think 5 foot would be too much. 2) How do those little CO2 cartridges work? Should i stub out and get a 5# tank? Any help would be much appreciated
