    Making a Lautertun

    Overflowing krausen

    Is everything ok?

    Im pretty new at this, I made a weizenbier from a kit i got at my LHBS. I pitched the yeast 6 hrs ago and I see NO activity. My last batch I had krausen forming within 3 hrs! The OG was 1.052. Please advise.:fro:
