    I bought the Drakes IPA clone. The kit came with a bag of Briess carmel malt 40L in addition to the the crystal 40L and the crystal 15L.     My first batch of beer was not very good. I have a mr. beer kit and i made Bills Brew. I waited the about 3 to 4 weeks after bottling it and it just never tasted right.     Question about how long you can leave out santized brewing tools?

    New brewer here... If i sanitize my brewing tools such as the measuring cup i use for priming sugar how long can i leave it out to dry? Because the sugar sticks to the thin cup and its hard to tell how much is in it. Or can i dry it with a paper towel? Or will that make it unsanitary again...

    How long do you boil mr. beer recipes? New brewer here

    Every mr. beer recipe says bring to a boil then remove from heat. Well i followed this to a T and i fear i made a mistake because everything online says boil for 60 to 90 minutes.
