Yeah i mean if it were going to make a huge difference I'd order the 90L online (no sense in going through all that work and screwing it up with a little detail) but if it's not going to change things too much I'll just go with the 80L

After 2 partial mash brews I'm getting together ingredients to do my first all grain brew (jgourd's black IPA) next week and I ran into a slight snag, my LHBS has 60L, 80L, and 120L crystal malts but the recipe calls for 90L. Should I just go ahead and use the 80L? Is there that big of a...
