    Bad O Rings or Lid?

I got a keg off a fellow homebrewer (he had never used it) and I went to pressurize it with star san today, and it seems to be leaking around the lid. When i click the lid over, it doesn't seem to fit tightly. Do I need a new lid, or just a new O-Ring. The current one looks pretty good and...

I went with the cheaper tap kits. I was trying to keep this thing in budget. (hahaha) I figure I will just have to build anothe keggerator in the future and really invest some time and $ into it. Cheers, and thanks for the advice!

Belgian Blond Ale Revvy's Belgian Blonde (Leffe Clone)

Brewed this on Saturday, and man does it smell and taste good! We ended up with a OG of 1.06, which is great! I went and looked at it yesterday, and it blew sediment all through the airlock, and ontop of the bucket! Man does it have some feisty yeast! :mug: I am planning on racking it over 5-6...

    Picnic tap running non-stop

luckely they are only like 3.50 so a new one shouldn't break the bank. But it deff seems to be the problem. If you wanted to check, disconnect the hose and blow into the bottom of the valve. if you can force air through, beer can get through.

    Starting again in Iowa

Welcome Murphy! Be careful with brewing, its on hell of a disease to catch! But I would be lying if I said I didn't love every minute standing above my brewkettle, or even breaking my back bottling. A great hobby, with a great hobby! Hopefully round II works better for you! -Tim
