    No we don't have a crawl space or any kind of cellar. Its either the shed outside or the attic. I have been thinking that I might convert my attic into an office so then it should be kept at a better temperature. Thanks Paul

    Thanks ill bear that in mind. Currently they are in my under stair's cupboard and my fermentation buckets are in my office (soon to be my newly awaiting daughters room, due in a few weeks). But the wine rack is getting rather full and if they stay there much longer they will be drunk. Or...

    I thought that might be the case. I might have to have a few more parties. I was thinking that by putting some away in the attic would stop me from drinking them straight after making them. thanks Paul

    So have managed to brew and bottle a number of wines but now im running out of space. Does anyone know if I can store my bottled wine in the attic? I could do with a cheap and easy way to store it and the attic is about the old place i can think of. Thanks Paul
