Yes that's exactly what I did.

I didn't have time to brew 2 complete batches yesterday so I mashed & sparged both batches in 2 different buckets & today I will finish both batches. Does anyone see any problem doing it this way.

Dried & packed 13.8 oz Golding. 459.75 + 13.8 = 473.62

Do I pick all the hop cones big & small?

I have 2nd year Golding & they are dry but don't smell much like hops. They are starting to turn brown & I have picked a couple & tore them open they are loaded with lupin (?). My question is should I pic them & dry them before they turn to brown?:confused:

They are in the ground, I have golding ( 2 nd year also & centennial (1st year) in the same garden & the are both producing cones, The Golding is relly full. We have had plenty of water & I fertilize with 12-12-12 once every 5-6 weeks

I have Hallertau that is in it's second year & not one hop cone on it. Whats wrong?

There were but I sprayed last week for the first time. I also fertilized with 12-12-12 Don't know why the Golding is so far ahead of the Hallertau. Any ideas?

This is my second year for growing. The Kent Golding is doing great but should I worry about the discolor of a few leaves? Also what would cause it? My Hallertau is not near as good as the Golding, is there something wrong with them they don't seem to be producing cones. Being in Pa is it to...

Do you let grow up your trellis ? Should i only train so many bines to grow & cut off the rest or just let them do their thing & let all of them grow.

Why would my tap leak when i put it back in the off position? It feels sponge when pushing back to off position. Any help please

There is 3 in there now. I plan on tying to keep them seperate this year & may have to move them apart next year.

I transplanted my potted hops from last year into the ground. I made the garden 2ft X 9ft. Each one has 2 ft of area to grow. Do you think they will be to close together down the road?
