    Diminishing flavor/aroma from dry hoping

    Can anyone shed any light on why I cant get any flavor or aroma to stick around by dry hoping? I usually only do ales and dont do a secondary.     Ideas for pacific gem hops

    I would like to use some pacific gem hops in a brew because of their blackberry,woody profile. I havent found any recipes using them. They are about 13% alpha acid I believe,so I would use them for bittering. Anyone have any recipe ideas??

    Brewmasters Warehouse-Slow?

    Hello everyone! I made my first order thru Brewmasters Warehouse Tuesday,and my order still says pending. I usually go thru Northern Brewer or Midwest,And have had excellent,fast service with both.So is BW just so busy they are slow getting orders out or what?Anyone else had this problem?

    plate chiller performance??

    Ive been using ic,and Im thinking of switching to a plate chiller.The ic takes so long with 5 gal.,and I just hate it.My question is are plate chillers all theyre cracked up to be?I found reasonable prices at kegcowboy.com.10 plate for 34.99 and 20 plate for 54.99.Any info? do these really work?
