    Label Creating Software

These are fantastic. Do you print to a label template or cut them out yourself?

    Extremely quick (almost) complete fermentation?

Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for all the help, folks.

    Extremely quick (almost) complete fermentation?

Thanks. Yeah, I definitely have no problem leaving it for a couple weeks, that was my plan anyway. I basically just wanted to know as soon as I could if people thought I might need to re-pitch.

    Extremely quick (almost) complete fermentation?

Thanks, that's good to know. Yeast is Safbrew S-33, temperature has been between 61-65.

    Extremely quick (almost) complete fermentation?

Hey folks, so I brewed a Porter on Saturday night. Went into the fermenter at around 9:30 PM with an OG of 1.059. When I woke up on Sunday morning I noticed it was bubbling a bit, nothing too rapid, but I figured it would kick up later in the day. Got home that night and it was going even...

REALLY long primary. Beer still ok?

I had made my second batch (a sweet/milk stout) back and March. I had some trouble with it not reaching the FG it was supposed to and ended up giving up on it. I never actually dumped it though and I'm wondering if it is still ok to continue on with. I just took a peek and there doesn't seem to...

Blackberry Saison (My first recipe - advice more than welcome!)

Good to hear it's worked well for you. How's my recipe look to you? I know it's not a direct conversion with AG/extract, but have you used those hops or anything? How do you sanitize the frozen blackberries? Also, which yeast(s) have you had success with? Thanks, I didn't think about the added...

Blackberry Saison (My first recipe - advice more than welcome!)

I've been browsing the forums and various homebrew supply sites looking for good summer beer ideas. I decided one of the beers I definitely wanted to make was a saison, but couldn't find a recipe that I really liked so I figured I'd try to design one myself. Feedback would be greatly appreciated...

    Possible stuck fermentation?

Wouldn't the software account for that though?

    That's it...I'm moving to California.

    Possible stuck fermentation?

Figured that was probably the best option. I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

    Possible stuck fermentation?

I didn't make a starter (which I'm now regretting). Temperature was roughly 70-72 the entire time. I'm assuming not using a starter was probably the issue. What would be the best way to get it going again?

    Possible stuck fermentation?

Brewing this recipe: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f37/irish-car-bomb-stout-133375/index12.html#post3862270 FermentingFreak didn't give OG/FG, but BeerSmith gave me 1.057 and 1.016. It's been in primary 16 days now. Just took the first gravity reading and got ~1.028. It hasn't shown any signs...

    Central Jersey Homebrewers Thread

Newbie from Union Beach. 2nd batch is currently in primary and I'll probably look to join a club soon so I can learn more and eventually move on to AG, etc. I assume WHALES would make the most sense for me. That's the one that meets at JJ Bittings, correct?
