    Help - extract brew not complex

    I've found that steeping 2lbs of specialty grains in 3 gallons of water for 30 minutes helps prevent that thin taste.

    I just keep it in the fridge with a gas line hooked to it for 3 days or so at serving pressure and everything works out just fine.

    Concerned IBU/SG ratio

    I have developed (not brewed) an IPA recipe with an IBU/SG ratio of 1.36. Is this going to be way out and too bitter? IBU's = 96 OG = 1.068
