    Best capper to buy

    I got one of those cheap ass red/orageish hand cappers. I was capping a bottle and cracked part of it off. Also, I was using some Doe Equis bottles and the caps would get stuck in the capper. What is the best one to buy for the cheapest price. I am probaby going to get a stand capper.

    everything seems to be working out for them. they get a bye, they play at home against a 7-9 team, they win. I truly feel that if they get passed the packers, they can win. Oh and NE is losing at this current moment.

    I wouldn't think that the priming sugar caused it to be really sweet unless you used a whole lot.

    Just do what I did my first batch. I looked at it once after a day. It was ok. So, I didn't look at it again for 3 weeks.

    When you want to drop the kits, and start making your own? advice?

    I want to make a beer heavy in wheat. It would be an extract, and I plan on adding some cherries or maybe something else during fermentation. Of course I'd need wheat extract, but what hops do you recommend for flavoring and bittering?

    My Oktoberfest is really dark

    oh, i took the FG before putting it in garage and it was exactly where it needed to be. Thanks for the advice. When I was transfering it was a little lighter. I guess I am just used to generic name brand Oktoberfests.
