So, How high should I mount it in the keg. I would like to be flexible enough to do both 5 or 10 gallon mashes. Do people use these? It seems like not to many people are saying much... Should I reconcider spending 50 bucks on this?

I made a trippel with it. It is not the best stuff for that. It works,but I think the 530 is much better. I would say it is suited for a lower gravity beer or a wheat beer. Not great for strong belgin styles.
