How to completely remove water from an immersion chiller?

if you do not have air at your apartment you can put water in your boil pot and put in the chiller, boil the water and evaporate the water in the chiller. You don't need a full five gallon boil just enough to cover the coiled part. then the hot water is used to clean all you other equipment...

    Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale

I was hoping to brew this as I love a good British ale. When I type this recipe in to BrewTarget it comes out as Cloying with only 14.4 IBU's. Could you have typed something wrong with the recipe.

    What am I doing wrong?

Remember you only need about half the priming sugar for a keg as you would for bottles. I would try leaving the gas off for a couple...

    1) which is better the 7lb or 15lb capacity? Is it kind of like mash tun, get the larger size now instead of upgrading later? A) My mill has a 7lb hopper which meaqns if I'm doing a batch with a larger grain bill I pour in the first 7lb wait for the mill to empty it then pour in the next 7lb. I...

    Drill Motor Grain Mill

Not including casters the box is 24" tall. With casters and all the top of the grain hopper is at 42" which is a good height for me to add grain.

    Root cellar kegging.

I have a keg with about 3' of line and a picnic tap on it. I kegged an ESB in December and put it in my garage at about 55F. IT WAS FANTASTIC, so I cannot speak to how long it will last cause it was gone in 3 weeks. (Had help drinking it)
