    Fly in beer bottle...?

    I was looking at my bottles that we bottled 9 days ago just to see how they were doing, and two bottles that were next to each other had something in common... one had a dead fly floating in the bottom, with some baby-flies (little maggots) stuck on the sides of the inside of the bottle...

    Oxidation fear...

    This is my second batch.. my first batch, an IPA turned out pretty good... This second batch is a random hop-ness of good stuff... anyways, heres my question: Reading about oxidation has got me freaked.... when I transferred this brew from 1st to 2nd i was very careful... no splashing...
