    I am a lazy brewing that doesnt bother much with throwing things in primary/secondary, so whatever I can get to carry over in a mash or a boil I love. With that, Im getting bored with average recipes, want something crazy to make, what its the weirdest thing you have put in a boil or mash?

    Holy ****, I've been quoted atleast 60 each from some places. Even deschutes told me they dont even sell damaged kegs at all. good price

    My cheapest Batch ever to date

    not bad, seems like something nice and well rounded just to drink. did kinda the same thing a little over a month ago 5.6 lb 2 row 1.42 lb vienna .5 lb dextrine oz of hallertau and made a nice little blonde ale for around 15 bucks...

    You know what may be a good idea, my temps would be right in that range. Never tried 1007, always been interested, but ya, your right, dont know what it would do to an IPA...

    Making a RIS in a couple weeks, in the mean time, I want to build the yeast up so they are strong enough for it by making a 1.050ish ipa today. But I really dont know what yeast I should use, really liked pacman, london esb, and american ale 2, but I want to try something different. MY lhbs...

    Ive used pacman for a stout, ipa, blonde, and a second runnings small beer. The stuff is a beast in these colder temps, let alone it is actually a very versatile yeast in terms of styles

    Im not to familiar with the laws, but like schristian said, if you have it set up as just a nano brewery, maybe as a 'separate business' then sell the kegs from one to the other (...is that legal?) then maybe that would keep you ok
