    I do half my pumpkin, or any pumpkin at that, and half guinness. Had it at sixpence pub, called it a smashing pumpkin, good stuff.

    Pumpkin Ale advice

    Not bad, I use chocolate in my pumpkin ale, 1/8 lb. and biscuit. I'm on the side that uses no actual pumpkin also, just spices.

    Duncans puncan ale is bottled!

    Finally bottled my puncan ale tonight! I was worried about this one, I left out some things, added some things, and was a little anddisappointed when I racked to secondary. But after my r&d glass tonight while bottling, I am happy. Nice and spicy and creamy, color is perfect, I can't wait...

    1lb shy!???

    I transfered to secondary and out tasted good, a little thin but I know carbonation will change this alot. Should I expect alot less body with 1lb dme missing?

    AHS Toasted Coconut Porter

    Bringing this one back, so how much coconut was decided the best amount 1.5 lbs.? Also how much chocolate flavor does the included kit yield from the 1lb. of chocolate malt?

    I ordered two kits this past weekend, gotta come to nc. Didn't even think about the temperature problem. Worst case I'll have to get new yeast right? I mean everything else should be fine if it gets too warm?

    Mango Pale Ale thoughts

    I did an american pale ale and racked onto 1lb. of frozen mango cubes for one week. It was amazing, next time I may try 2 pounds for for days maybe. The mango was very noticeable, turned out crisp and refreshing!

    Are You Your Own Worst Critic?

    I definitely am! I spilt a wheat beer into two, peach and raspberry and I didn't much care for them. My friends had some a while back, after four months I forgot about them, and loved them. I still don't like them. But unless everyone lies to me, my beer is awesome, but I am always critiquing!
