    Island Mist Question

    Hey everyone, so I just racked my Island Mist wine to my secondary (going to wait the 10 days, and then add chemicals/f-pack). Just wondering, in the instructions it says to leave the sediment in the secondary while adding the chemicals and to stir it up - anyone know why they say to do this...

    Noobie Help

    Hey everyone - I just made my batch of Island Mist wine. I forgot to put in the 2 lbs of dextrose (for an increase ABV) so I added it after I put my yeast on top and slowly stirred. Now I know I shouldn't have stirred but I panicked, will this ruin the yeast?
