Would using a coil (stainless or copper) mounted to a lid be able to work as both an HERMs coil and then moved to brew kettle as immersion chiller? If so, pros/cons? Thinking something simlar to this: Lid (with 3" Tri Clamp Port and Cooling Coil) | Stout Tanks & Kettles Brew Equipment

Long time BeerSmith user as well but after going through a good part of the BrewFather documentation, I'll have to give it a go. It appears to have a very clean and intuitive interface.

Anyone keg this shortly after fermentation ends rather than waiting 30 days? If so, were you happy with the beer?

I'm fairly certain that wasn't an original idea on my part. If I knew who I stole it from I'd give credit, and if I came up with it on my own, then achieving cleverness is all I ever wanted in life!

Eh, chalk it up to user error. The notifications when assigning the Tilt make it clear that any logging for both the fermentation device and Tilt will stop. I just incorrectly assumed I could re-assign that same logging/fermentation profile rather than creating a new one. Perhaps just expand...

Thank you, Thorrak. I did recall that I set the first one up via the Tilt Android app first. The second one in question I did not do this as it was recognized by Fermentrack.
