    Mirror Pond Pale Ale

    This is always a great after work beer and I love that cascade hop aroma. Plus, it's almost always in the $6.99 range. That's pretty much the same price the fizzy yellow wuss boys at Coors charge! This and Sierra Nevada are my go to beers when I'm just kicking back and watching some basketball.

    Post Infection Cleanup?

    So I had a nice wild yeast infection. Bottle bombs and those gross looking clusters clinging to the sides of my bottles. Can I soak my buckets, hoses and everything in bleach or iodophore, or do I need to get rid of that stuff? Bummed.

    Looking for "Toasty" flavor

    So I'm about to start work on a Sierra Nevada clone and I'm looking for something to add to my steeping grains that would give me that "Fat Tire" toasty flavor. My gut tells me that added toastyness would go well in a SN clone, I just don't know how to do it! Any ideas? Thanks.
